Monsters, Inc. is out on Blu-ray in Japan (which is Region A (Same as the U.S. and playable here). It’s pretty expensive with shipping, so you might want to wait until the U.S. version is released (rumored for November 2009).
The UK has a double feature Blu-ray available for Ratatouille and the Pixar Shorts Collection Vol. 1.
The Monsters, Inc. Blu-ray is due out in the UK on July 27, 2009. We’ll have to see if this date sticks. Amazon UK also lists a September 8th release for Finding Nemo, but I’ll be surprised if we see that movie on Blu-ray in 2009 (anywhere in the world).
