Correction: Bob Iger was misquoted. Cars 2 is still on for June 24, 2011!
Very big news being reported today. Comingsoon.net participated in Walt Disney’s Company’s first quarter 2010 earnings call and President/CEO Bob Iger mentioned that Cars 2 has been pushed back to December 2011. That opens things up to many, many questions as the repercussions are huge. What does this mean for its former June 24, 2011 release slot? Will there be a 2011 Summer Pixar movie?
