After a bit of trouble with the postal service, I was finally able to get my hands on the new Day & Night storybook written and illustrated by Teddy Newton courtesy of the fine folks at Chronicle Books. The book does a great job of conveying the essence of the short with some additional dialogue and unique illustrations which are exclusive to the book. Not only with kids love it, animation fans of all ages will enjoy the gorgeous art contained in the glossy book. Teddy discusses his excitement of the book in the following clip:
The book is available now at all book sellers and Amazon.com. I tried to take a few pics, but the glossy pages proved to be problematic. Here’s the best that I could muster.
