As we suspected, Pixar will be releasing Short Films Volume 2 on DVD and Blu-ray sometime in the Fall of 2012. La Luna director Enrico Casarosa first mentioned a shorts collection was coming in an interview with the A113 Pixar blog. Further evidence was uncovered by an Ultimate Disney DVD forum member (scamander) when he shared a germany flyer announcing the collection (see above).
This will be your first chance to see La Luna, Hawaiian Vacation and Small Fry on home video. I suspect we will see additional bonus features, commentaries and more as well. Stay tuned as this story continues to develop.
