We were wondering when the Toy Story Toon, Partysaurus Rex, would be available and now we know the answer! As evidenced from the back cover of the blu-ray reissue above, it will be included on the Monsters, Inc. when it’s released on February 19th (a date not yet confirmed by Disney). Other than a new 7.1 mix, the rest of the extra features look identical to the original version.
